Stuck!
@ Age Bar & Restaurant
Lack of inspiration, randomly surfing the net at bar.
Nothing seems to have changed. Same place, same people, same routine.
I enjoy the stability but I want a change, I am hungry for a change.
Women
Or it's just me? Or just too much wine?
Not satisfied. Something seems to be missing and I don't know what.
Am I just too greedy and want everything
Maybe I have changed. Maybe I haven't changed at all.

My relationship with coffee
@ Pacific coffee Tai Koo
I am a keen coffee drinker. I love coffee, a nice cup would literally make my day. Just love sitting in a cafe surfing the net and think about what to write next or sometimes, life in general. It always reminds me of the Australian lay-back lifestyle that I once longed for.
One does not simply attached to one thing. In my opinion, the lovable feeling is always associate with something. It could be a place, could be a lifestyle, or a person or a piece of memory. For me, coffee/ cafe reminds me of the university lifestyle, probably happiest days of my life with no worries, absorbing information day-by-day in an area that I'm passionate in.
For some, one specific food can be a comforting food, the one food that calms you down like a switch; the one food to make you feel like everything will be okay; the one thing that mum cooks for the special occasion: mcdonald's fries after examination, ice-cream after dentist appointment, or hot chocolate after funeral...
Think I'll settle with a cup of foam now.

The dilemma of a balanced life
@Starbucks
Wise has told us having a balance life is important, too much of anything is no good. And so the million dollar question has always been, where is the equilibrium? Where's the point of enough motivation and hard-work but not too much to cause excessive pressure?
And now we got ourselves the dilemma.
- Too lazy/ too layback VS too competitive/ mr.win it all
- Mentally healthy VS Physically healthy? (eat that chips? Smoke that cigarette?)
- Compare yourself with that person VS too afraid to face the truth
- no one's perfect, should we they to be perfect?
Why did I put myself in this dilemma VS. Worth thinking about?

Long (train) ride
@Age bar
I love long train ride. There are so many things you can do within that one hour of 'dead time'. Of course not fun at all if you're late for work or something. But really, if you can't control transportation, just chill with it!
1. Power nap - if you're lucky enough to find a spot. A quick power nap could be life-saving (on the way to work/ interviews)
2. Read - hello metropolitan people, books still exist! When you find yourselves lacking imagination/ inspiration, this is probably the vitamin that you forgot
3. Write - trust me, the open space in the train will give you so much inspiration to write, once you've started you could never stop. If you happened to be a blogger, try that, you'll be surprised
4. Emails/ Facebook - what a nice way to stay in touch! Not work emails of course. Quick replies would definitely strengthen the bonds and keep you updated with all the social events
5. Quick cool down - we all know life is crazy, a long train ride can help you to cool down before going home or meeting friends for dinner.
For those who hated long rides, have you changed you mind and decides to give it a go?

Same perfume?
@train
You know what's freaky? People with the same perfume.
Some people are good in memorizing faces, or names. And me, I do smells (perfumes), this is how I remember people.
That has happened before more than once. First time I come across this was back in good old Adelaide, on my way to the university, a girl walked by who was wearing exact THE same perfume as me, swear the god thought I just saw myself, exact the same choice of outfit, bet we had similar character too (that would be really freaky) because the way she looked at me I bet she was thinking the same thing.
And guess what, my lost twin sister is currently sitting next to me now. Yeah, another Miss Burberry Brit Eau....
