Hardcore masculinity in public transport

@train

No offense, but sometimes watching men, especially men with huge ego can be great fun. Here are the characteristic of men that fit into my 'entertainment category'

1. Over pumping biceps when holding bars (in subway in particular or anything basically)
2. Reaching for the very top bar of any public transport, regardless of their height (side result/ deliberate intention: showing belly bottom with extremely unpleasant hair, usually come with 'muffin top' belly)
3. Walking up/ down stairs, 2 steps at a time, tend to go faster when there are hot ladies near by
4. Unbelievably loud music with headphones
5. Games on latest mobile phone with annoying sound effect (without headphones)
6. Wide leg spread (I know some may claim it's due to a physical issue, but I highly doubt that)

If you do happen to fit into this group. Thanks, you just made my train ride so much more entertaining

Being in control

Friday was suppose to be happy, but it was not, the whole day was a mess.

I am not going to go through all the frustration that I had, but to make the long story short, I had a bundle of goods that were urgently needed stucked in the Shanghai custom and was unable to get the custom to release them, I have learnt from that unfortunate day: not everything can be under control and there are always some things that you just need to... GET OVER IT. Was not easy for an individual who rarely "take NO for an answer" but for this time, my request had been REJECTED :(

Nightmare continues.

Evening race, 5000m, thought it was going to be easy, it was a distance that I was totally comfortable wtih, was confident that I was going to nail it. Then it started to rain, just 30 second before the race. Was running in the rain like the bloody ending of Step up 2, soaked from top to bottom, 5000m turns into a cross country running (cross river running). Broke my own record (slowest 5000m), but was really glad that I had atleast finished it.

Terribly terribly day.

Being in control: Mood, body and number of hours spent on 9gag

Not being in control: Shanghai Custom, weather and calories intake

New record with heels!

Just broke the record of the longest walk in heels: 3 bloody hours almost non-stop Don't know if I should be proud of it, but it was really an impressive record. And thank god I'm not one of those women who needs heels for their confidence (because some of them are short), I'm quite happy to wear flats for the rest of the week and let me toes take a break. Been quite busy since my last journal, had a few tutoring and stuff here and there, never a dull moment, thst's one of the reason why I love my life so far. Being occupied and living my life tovth fullest while I'm young. Well let see how much longer I could keep that up. In the meantime, will head to bed

No more excuse

No more excuse of not having time. Just got myself an iPad and I should have all the time I need to maintain a blog and write down stuff that has been happening with my life that I found interesting! Planned to do it this way, will do most of my entries in public area because it's where most of my ideas come from (which is not true, most of my ideas come from shower, but apparently I can't write there so...) although this entry however, was written on my bed, sorry for the disappointment. But yeah, glad that i'm finally getting this started again :)
